Who we are

Moonwright Studio is an independent creative and software studio operated by Norbert Bognar in Hungary. This policy explains what data we collect through this website, and what data the internal Moonwright Studio application accesses in the owner's own Google Account.

What this website collects

This website has no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. We do not set cookies, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Two third party services are involved when you use the site:

Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's font servers, which means your browser sends your IP address to Google in order to fetch them.
Formspree. If you send us a message through the contact form, the content of that message and the contact details you enter are transmitted through Formspree so that they reach us by email. We use them only to answer you.

We do not sell, rent or trade anything you send us.

Google user data

Moonwright Studio operates an internal desktop application that connects to the studio owner's own Google Account. It is not a product offered to the public, and it does not access anyone else's account.

The application requests the following access, and uses it only for the purpose named:

Access	What it is used for
Calendar, read only	Reading the owner's own agenda so the daily briefing can list the day's events.
Gmail, read only	Reading recent messages in the owner's own inbox so the daily briefing can summarise what arrived and flag anything urgent.
Gmail, send	Sending email on the owner's behalf when the owner asks for a message to go out.
Drive, file access	Uploading and retrieving files the application itself created, for example a rendered video or a report that is too large to send over chat. It cannot see the rest of the Drive.

The data stays on the owner's own machine. It is not copied to a server we run, it is not shared with anyone else, it is not sold, and it is not used for advertising or to train any machine learning model.

Limited Use. Moonwright Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How long we keep things

Messages you send through the contact form are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and deleted when it is not.

Google account data is read when a task needs it and is not archived for its own sake. Working notes derived from it live on the owner's own machine and are removed when they are no longer relevant.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete anything you have sent us, and we will.
The account owner can withdraw the application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately ends all of the access described above.
If you are in the EU or the UK, you have the right to access, correct, export or erase the personal data we hold about you, and to complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we update the date at the top of the page. The current version is always the one published here.
